Meditation Practice Institute General Courses are designed to meet the needs of individuals and professionals who want to increase productivity, creativity, and success. These courses are adaptable to corporate and retreat settings.
- Focus of Mind: In this course we teach the basics of meditation techniques that enhance your ability to concentrate and develop stronger focus. Increased concentration and focus developed during meditation are reflected in your ability to complete your goals without becoming distracted, thus you become more productive and effective in your activities.
- Creativity: In this course we teach the basics of meditation with an emphasis on changing habitual thought patterns that inhibit creative freedom and growth. Through meditation you develop the skill of being able to keep the mind in the present moment, which allows freedom from old ways of thinking and allows the potential for genuine creative thought.
- Stress Reduction and Improved Health: In this course we teach basic meditation techniques and meditative philosophy that helps you understand why you experience the world the way you do and how you can make positive changes. This course focuses on meditation techniques that develop your ability to stay present, free of intrusive thoughts and emotions that cause stress and anxiety. In this training, you do not suppress negative thoughts and emotions, but aim to get a clearer perspective on them and change them for the better.
We custom design courses for each group and can accommodate one or more of the above content areas.
